How we handle the personal information you send us, under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: through the enquiry form (your name, company, email, phone number, the type of enquiry and your message), by email, or by WhatsApp. This website uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange training or services with you. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
Form enquiries arrive as email in our mailbox hosted by Hostinger. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any training that follows, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
