Office Supervisor
The Occupational Certificate: Office Supervisor prepares a learner to plan, organise, lead and control office functions in a business environment. It covers recruitment and disciplinary support, organising work, coaching and mentoring, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, office compliance, and basic financial controls and reporting. Learners need an NQF Level 4 qualification to enrol.
Various training interventions can be arranged to meet the needs of the customer and the individual.
